The VIN of Collectibles

A permanent record for anything worth keeping.

A coin, a watch, a signed ball, a handbag, a card — NEXUS gives a single physical object a measured, immutable record, produced by an instrument with no stake in what it's worth. We happen to identify cards at volume; we record everything.

A working shop OS Point of sale, CRM, inventory and a storefront — over fifty live screens, not a mockup.
A machine that runs Built hardware capturing on fixed geometry — a production unit, not a render.
A live marketplace Listings, checkout and payments, running on our own infrastructure.
Patent-pending, in-house Two USPTO provisionals; hardware, firmware, recognition and record, one team.
Reference catalog · verified 2026.08.02 2,917,643 item identities the scanner can recognise on sight. Not a count of records issued — the registry starts empty, and fills one measured object at a time.
Not slideware

The product, running today.

The NEXUS shop OS running: a left sidebar of modules including collection, scanner, sales, buy, customers, analytics, POS, fulfillment and billing, beside a home dashboard of shortcuts.
The shop OS — point of sale to storefront, one application.
The live NEXUS marketplace: a search bar, category browse and listings.
The marketplace — live, with listings, checkout and payments.
The deliverable

This is what a scan leaves behind.

The object goes back in the case. The record does not — it travels with the item, past the shop, the sale and the owner.

A NEXUS Data and Provenance Record: front and back images of the object, particulars of record, condition measurements, a registry number and a Polygon ERC-721 line.
Format specimen, shown on a card — the same record is produced for a coin, a watch, a signed ball, a handbag. Objective measurements · no grade · no score.
Against the alternatives

The record is the object — not a tag stuck to it.
